Tickets for Hutchmoot UK ‘25 go on sale on 1st December at 8pm.

Your ticket gives you full-board accommodation and access to all sessions and seminars.

See below for details of costs and what’s included in the price.

We may have some day tickets available nearer the time. Please email hmuk@rabbitroom.com to register your interest in a day ticket.

  • We have worked very hard to keep price increases as low as possible from 2024. The venue has increased its costs to us by 17% which we have largely absorbed, but there is a slight unavoidable increase from 2024 prices of less than 2%. We are confident it is still great value though!

    Single occupancy: £425
    Double room couple: £665
    Shared occupancy: £370

    Concessions
    Twin room (shared): £290

  • We’re delighted to offer the chance to pay in instalments with 0% interest. The system will take five equal payments on:

    1. Your purchase date

    2. February 5th 2025

    3. March 5th 2025

    4. April 5th 2025

    5. May 5th 2025

    N.B. If you choose to pay by instalments, the system won’t let you also make a donation in the same booking. Please either make a separate booking, or give via the Rabbit Room’s Stewardship fund (choosing the HMUK Bursary Fund option) via the link here.

  • En-suite bedroom (single, twin, double or family room)

    All meals (from Thurs evening meal, through to and including Sunday lunch)

    All Hutchmoot UK sessions (including plenary meetings and seminars) and materialsl

  • We have concession tickets available for full-time students and those in receipt of certain benefits living in the UK and Europe. Please tick the box indicating which criteria applies and email proof of your eligibility to hmuk@rabbitroom.com (more details when you click through to book tickets).

    For those who don’t fit those categories but will struggle all the same (or who do qualify but will need more assistance), we have a small bursary fund available. Please email hmuk@rabbitroom.com outlining your circumstances.

  • It’s important to note that registration is non-refundable. If you register but are unable to attend the event for any reason, no refunds will be issued. You may transfer your ticket to another person using the Universe system. To do so, you will need to log in to your ticketing information at Universe.com and transfer all registration information into the new ticket-holder's name.

  • If you feel you’re able to give above and beyond the ticket price, we’d love you to support our Bursary Fund, which enables us to help those who can’t afford the full price.

    Please either give as a donation in the booking page (not Gift-aided), or give directly to the Rabbit Room’s Stewardship Fund (choosing the HMUK Bursary Fund option) here.

  • Tickets for North American residents will be available to book on 15th January 2025.
